What Your Home Watch Visits Include
Home Watch is where Palmera's private home management starts. Each visit includes visual interior and exterior checks tailored to your home, looking for visible concerns that may need attention.
You receive a same-day digital report with photos, clear notes, and any recommended next steps.
If we find a concern, we notify you promptly. With your approval, we can coordinate a vendor and follow through—so you are not managing the details from out of town.
